Roxanne Dawn’s love for music started when she was just a baby. From a young age, Roxanne took voice lessons, as well as lessons in dance, piano, violin and theater. At the age of 18, she was signed to a major label, SOS/ Polygram. Under the name Katrina, Roxanne travelled the world promoting and performing her hit single.
Roxanne Dawn is not only known for her music, but she also known as a model. Roxanne has appeared in over 30 magazines, and even more features online. She has shot for Playboy more times than Pamela Anderson! It was her numerous photo shoots for Playboy that led Roxanne Dawn to become a dj!
At the suggestion of a Playboy employee, she decided to make her long time hobby a profession and had her dj debut at a Playboy party. A DJ was born! This was an opportunity no other dj has been offered. When asked about her taste in music Roxanne Dawn gushes, “I have very eclectic taste. I live and breathe music and love getting inspired by different types. But, my job as a DJ is to get people to dance and sing along.” Her open format sets can range from Hip Hop, R&B, Pop, Top 40, House, Electro & Rock.
Roxanne Dawn frequently spins at TOP clubs across the country, Canada & Europe. She has dj’d alongside Lil Jon, LMFAO, Girlicious, Tommy Lee, DJ Aero, Dave Navarro, DJ Skribble, Crystal Method, Sharam, Eric Dlux, Mix Master Mike, DJ Rap, and Delta Goodrem. Roxanne Dawn is a sought after dj. She is the DJ that Promoters book when they want to have the best in class, style and talent. When Roxanne Dawn is performing, she combines sexy with style.
